X-mas eve - it's blazing hot and X-mas - I can't quite put the two together. Not many of the boys are here. Most of them out with their women. Had a show and some carols and now to bed. Not much but it will help me appreciate Christmas to come I think. Three letters from Barbara today - now my mind is all messed up. She is so nice but I am convinced I like June much better. As I have only been around a short while I don't feel it but some of the two year men are terribly homesick. One fellow lost all his hair and about thirty pounds.
